Long Road Chemists lead talk at Annual Conference!

Long Road chemistry teacher Zoë Thorn went to the Association of Science Education conference in Northampton last week. Zoë gave a presentation to an international audience about the work she and fellow chemistry teacher Simon Colebrooke have done as part of the collaboration between Long Road and Anglia Ruskin University. Their work has investigated misconceptions in A Level Chemistry and seeks to improve student understanding and enjoyment of this challenging subject.

Zoë says: “It was great to meet with other professionals and share ideas and best practice about teaching chemistry.”
